India strikes down law against gay sex
From www.nytimes.comIt’s great how many progressive strides the Indian Supreme Court has taken of late. The ruling party deserves no credit, of course, because this (like past instances) has been a purely judicial affair. It’s equally wonderful that at least the court system in India—perhaps I should say at least the apex court—is functioning honourably.
